On February 6, DSC members will receive an email from YesElections with the subject line “Vote Now DSC Director Election & Bylaws Amendment,” that will allow you to participate in the election for Directors and vote on several proposed bylaws amendments.
As a reminder, YesElections is conducting our voting process and all voting will be done electronically.
The email will come from help@yeselections.com. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive. If you still have not received the election email, please contact the YesElections Help Desk at help+dsc@yeselections.com.
Your vote is important, and we urge you to participate in the election. Voting will open Monday, February 6 and close Friday, March 3 at 5 p.m. CT.
The Annual General Meeting will take place Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 6 p.m. CT via Zoom. A link to the meeting will be provided in the YesElections email.
