DSC CEO Update to Exhibitor Partners

Exhibitor Partners,

Last week I was able to send you an update on the status of the DSC Convention for the next 5 years.  In that update I mentioned an upcoming list of Exhibitor Incentives for our 2026 and 2027 Atlanta Conventions.  After closely evaluating all the valuable feedback on the concerns we received about the 2025 Convention and how to address those concerns, DSC is excited to announce the details to all of you and look forward to seeing you all back in Atlanta.

One Year Opt-Out Option Examples

Company A holds position #110 on the booth placement roster and decides they are not returning for the 2026 Convention. Company A will not accumulate any exhibitor support credits based on the current exhibitor support credit guidelines. Company A will remain eligible to return in 2027, pending their communication to DSC using the link provided. However, Company A’s position on the booth placement roster could be adjusted due to other companies participating in the 2026 Convention and moving ahead. However, Company A will not lose exhibitor support credits.

Company B holds position #210 on the booth placement roster list and decides they are not returning to the 2026 Convention, but they want to donate to the auctions or become a 2026 Convention sponsor. Company B will accrue credits based on its donation item and/or sponsorship based on the current exhibitor support credit guidelines. Company B will still remain eligible to return to the 2027 Convention, pending their communication to DSC using the link provided. However, Company B will not lose exhibitor support credits for not exhibiting at the 2026 Convention.

Company C holds position #156 on the booth placement roster list and decides they are returning for the 2026 Convention. Company C will be eligible to accrue all additional exhibitor support credits based on the new incentives in place for the 2026 Convention.

1. Company C will receive exhibitor credits for booth size – Example: a 10×10 booth will earn the value of your booth cost (2,200 credits)
2. Any exhibitor donation to the 2026 Convention auctions will earn double exhibitor credits following the auctions guidelines; $1 = 2 credits of net value
3. Sponsorship packages for the 2026 Convention will earn 5 credits; $1 = 5 credits

Furthermore, if Company C decides to return for 2027 and submits payment by November 1, 2025, they will earn an additional 10,000 credits. Company C will most likely move up on the exhibitor placement roster for the 2028 Convention in Houston.
