9-Day Coastal Brown Bear Hunt for One Hunter in Alaska
Mike Odin is pleased to donate a fantastic 9-day (7 hunt days and 2 travel days), 1×1 fully guided coastal brown bear hunt for one hunter in Alaska – trophy fee of $5,000 is at winner’s cost. Method of take is rifle only. This hunt is available mid-August through early September 2021 or 2022 and may be upgraded to include black bear at $3,500, second brown bear at $10,000, and wolf at no additional cost (except for the cost of the wolf tag at $60 for non-residents). A second hunter is welcome at $20,000; observer is welcome at $6,000. Arrival and departure point is Anchorage, Alaska where hunter(s) will be met at the airport and transported to their hotel. Winner will be hunting in a wild and pristine wilderness area with a healthy population of brown bear, black bear, and wolves. Method of hunting is spot & stalk hunt along river corridors and ground blind hunt near wild braided streams filled with spawning sockeye salmon. This hunt has a 2x brown bear limit area on a 10,000 square mile concession and includes 1×1 fully guided service, heated Arctic Oven tent accommodations, home-cooked meals, beverages, in-field transportation, field preparation, transport of hide and skull for official sealing, and trophy transport to taxidermy services in Anchorage. Not included are dip & pack service, trophy fee, before/after hunt expenses, RT air charter from Anchorage to base camp at $1,700, Alaska hunting license (U.S. non-resident at $160, foreign non-resident at $630), brown/grizzly tag (U.S. non-resident at $1,000, foreign non-resident at $1,300) and gratuities.
