While the venue may be changing this year, one thing remains constant—our commitment to honoring and celebrating our generous donors. We are delighted to announce that the Askari Circle Room will return, offering an exclusive and relaxing space for our valued supporters and their guests.
Askari Circle Room Access Details
- Silver-Level Donors and Above: Supporters who have contributed $10,000 or more are invited to enjoy full access to the Askari Circle Room. You and your spouse may bring up to a total of two guests per day.
- Other Donation Levels: Donors who have contributed a minimum of $1,000 in 2024 are also eligible for Askari Circle Room access. Contributions may be made during the convention, and we sincerely appreciate your support at any level!
What to Expect in the Askari Circle Room
This exclusive lounge provides:
- A complimentary open bar and snacks
- Convenient charging stations for your devices
- Comfortable seating for relaxation and recharging
- A quiet, welcoming space to connect or simply unwind
Lounge Hours of Operation:
- Thursday–Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
