DSC Publications has won three Awards of Distinction from The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) in their 23rd Annual Communicator Awards. These three publications were singled out for awards − Game Trails, Camp Talk and the “Hunting Insights” series.
This award recognizes the hard work and dedication of DSC and the production staff including DSC Publications, @graphics and Safari Classics Productions.
With more than 6,000 entries received from across the U.S. and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity for print, video, and interactive media.
“These awards are a nod to the teamwork that goes into DSC Publications. Everyone who touches the publications – whether it’s a writer, an editor, a graphic artist or a proofer – has only the highest standards in mind. That’s what distinguishes our work from the pack,” said Jay Ann Cox, director of Publications and editor in chief.
DSC President Craig Nyhus said, “Jay and her team work diligently to produce a beautiful magazine and a newsletter full of timely and interesting articles. DSC has come to expect high quality and the Publications team delivers.”
“This year’s class of entries is a true reflection of the progressive nature of marketing and communications,” said Linda Day, executive director of the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts.
DSC Publications will continue to represent the best in print creativity and innovation in support of the DSC mission.
